Welcome back, Hope everyone is doing well, as I thought things couldn't get any better we get Nick Groff commenting on the very post on our Facebook page regarding Ghosts Of Shepherdstown which was the bases for the last blog I did.
Paranormal Lockdown in my opinion has changed how paranormal shows are done in the way the investigations are carried out, Not only are they locked down in one location for 72 hours but using new technology to try and capture evidence of the afterlife, I know most of you are probably thinking all these shows are faked and so on for entertainment and I am not going to say you are right or wrong. what I will say is make your own mind up on the shows, I for one love anything Paranormal but unlike most people I like to see facts, I research, look for things and piece it together like a jigsaw and once I have done that, then I will put it on Facebook but I make it clear it's my own opinion and should not be taken as fact and if I am wrong I am wrong and I will admit I was wrong. In my mind if you want respect you have to give it,I will treat you the way I want to be treated.
The video that was posted about Nick Groff and not a nice post either, which was the reason for me posting it and with that posting I did say and I quote "I get it's just this guys only opinion and I am not taken his word or anyone else in the comments because I haven't seen the show and can't cast judgement. " I also further in the posting and I quote my self again " I don't think Nick Groff is out to create false claims or mislead viewers his other show Paranormal Lockdown is a great show and well worth a watch and genuine. " On that note we got a private message from Elizabeth Saint and our last blog was about that so if you haven't read it then go and check it out.
Very rarely we get comments and likes on our posts on Facebook- not sure why that is. Although the posts are being viewed hundreds of times but we here at Paranormal Express are glad the things we post get's seen, so it came as little surprise that Nick Groff left a reply to a comment on the post we put up with that video which I will admit the video itself is misleading, We had a comment on there by a viewer who mentioned Paranormal Lockdown and how they didn't buy in to it and I quote "They always look way too made up and clean to have been locked up for 3 days" and questioned the EVP's as well." We did give our feed back stating we do believe they were locked up for 3 days and so on, the person that left the comment didn't expect the man him self to reply and to be honest neither did we. Nick Groff replied saying with respect that they are actually staying at the location for 72 hours, Here are some of the quotes from that reply and it just goes to show how genuine he is.
Nick Groff:
" Yes, Katrina and I are confined to the location for 72 hours straight, investigating around the clock with only an hour to two each day of sleep/rest in the most haunted spots. I am the production company so there is no second makeup crew etc...We actually do look like crap on most all the locations we investigate throughout. I put a lot of hair spray in my hair, so it automatically stays like that for the time spent in the location and I really don't move while resting. Katrina brings her own makeup to touch up her face in a small mirror, yes our skin is really bad when we leave because of dust. I just recently found out I am allergic to dust, but have to fight through it. We condense 72hrs of investigating when broadcasted to TV into 43mins. It's very difficult to do, as sometimes we have way too much, but we show the most solid parts and clearest EVPs, etc...captured. We have researched some of our locations for years and are going there for a certain purpose. Our season 1 was all about trying to document visual evidence with our new high tech 6k resolution camera, that films in all dkynmantics of light "
Awesome right? I think so and it's totally understandable that they use most solid parts and clearest EVP's ( Electronic Voice Phenomenon ) if you investigate the paranormal you would know the amount of footage and recordings you have to go through and out of that amount of footage you would show the client only the best of what you have, Nick went on in this replay about the new season that he and Katrina are working on.
Nick Groff:
" Wait till you see what we are doing this new Season on Paranormal Lockdown. We have an arsenal of equipment and experiments we have worked hard on"
Pretty nice stuff, this is what I like about the show, doing something new that no other has done and if you have watched the first season you would know what I mean. The 6k camera which captures amazing footage and the use of George Brown's Geobox which is a fantastic ghost box, Nick got in contact with George Brown to have that box specifically made for the show and all the Geobox's are one of a kind, I will supply a link to George Brown Geobox at the end of the blog.
We of course thanked Nick for replying and that we spoke to Elizabeth Saint from Ghosts Of Shepherdstown regarding the video.

We can't wait either to be honest with you, the series will only gain more traction as it goes on, he briefly mentioned the particular video on YouTube stating it was very misleading and give more information on the guy in the video, if you want to know what he had to say on that check out the post on our Facebook Page. Well that's a relief he never looked at our posts as rumors and we tend to keep it that way, he also stated that he has total production control of the series and that he hopes to push the field of investigations further.
